Henry’s key objective with all Lanware clients is to always deliver service excellence and then earn the reputation as a trusted partner who responds to the changing needs of their business.
Research shows that very few service providers truly achieve this accolade from their clients as they struggle to deliver on the promises they made. This trust sits within the core values of Lanware and the many clients who’ve been with the company for over a decade demonstrate this success.
Henry’s experience stretches over 15 years’ starting as a senior technologist within a world-class engineering & computing environment at Rolls-Royce Aerospace, through to working on major EDS outsourcing accounts for clients including the DWP and Amlin.
Henry has a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Industrial Management and in his spare time is a keen golfer.
David joined Lanware as a Director in 2021, to assist with the company’s development and its aim for operational excellence.
His experience in the IT industry, and more specifically working with the Financial Services sector stretches over 25 years. David really understands the inner workings of how an MSP should function to its optimum and is well-connected in the industry.
He started in business development and has since run technical, operational, finance and sales teams at various IT managed service providers. He co-founded his own MSP, Capital Support in 2002 and more recently served as COO to netConsult, another specialist IT provider for Financial Services.
David has a 2.1 degree in Business Enterprise and outside of work enjoys long distance running, cycling and football.
Non exec Director
Rosalyn is a Corporate, Funds and Financial Services lawyer and Managing Director of Breedy Henderson Limited.
She has 30 years of experience working in private practice, investment banking and at a multi-family office. Rosalyn has a particular interest in financial regulation and financial policy work alongside ESG (environmental, social and governance), diversity and inclusion, and she regularly writes and speaks on these matters.
Rosalyn specialises in advising an international client base of family offices, trustees, private capital investors, private wealth managers and entrepreneurs (particularly private equity, hedge fund principals, fintech businesses) and city and other professionals. She provides clients with a uniquely holistic approach to financial services, regulatory and commercial advice, and she has a keen interest in the development of new products and business models focused on technology. Rosalyn also establishes private funds, advises family offices and fund management businesses and acts on a range of private equity and joint venture deals.
As the Marketing Director for Lanware, Paul brings with him over 25 successful years in senior marketing and business development roles across the IT Services and Consulting Industry.
He has worked specifically in the Outsourcing, Business Applications and Management Consulting arena, heading marketing and alliances teams for leading Consulting and Systems Integrators. His particular focus at Lanware is responsibility for the complete spectrum of marketing strategy and communications.
With a degree in business studies, and a post graduate diploma in marketing he brings a wealth of experience across a multitude of complex business solution and industries. His family keep him busy, but when he does get some spare time, Paul enjoys running, skiing and occasionally a bit of amateur dramatics.
As Finance Director of Lanware, James brings with him 17 years’ of experience 15 of which has been in the IT outsourcing sector.
Post-graduation, James chose to follow the path of management accountancy as he was drawn to the ability of the role to shape and develop a business. He’s worked in various roles from internal cost control to bidding for large multi-year government outsourcing contracts and turnaround of loss making contracts. Consistently, the elements James has enjoyed in these roles have involved the collaboration of finance with delivery and project teams to drive improvements for both clients and company.
James’ role as Finance Director at Lanware involves providing a framework of robust financial controls and reporting and using the output of these to provide strategic support to the SLT in order to aid decision making and shape the future direction and growth of Lanware.
Head of Business Development
Bryn joined Lanware in early 2021 bringing with him over 20 years experience of IT, specialising in Managed Services and Outsourcing.
He has a broad mix of experience including several years at one of the largest technology providers in the world as well as being a co-founder of a software as a service start-up.
When dealing with clients Bryn focuses on understanding the detailed needs of the business and end users whilst developing the overall technology requirements. He is a big believer in the power of teams, being a strong advocate of the benefits delivered through age, gender, race, religious, and cognitive diversity.
Bryn has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Computer Science from Swansea University and loves most things sport related.
Head of HR
Anita is the Human Resources Manager responsible for all aspects of both strategic and operational HR at Lanware.
Anita’s broad experience includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, coaching, change management and employee benefits.
Her career in Human Resources spans over 20 years spent predominantly within the IT and Technology sector working for both large and small companies.
Anita holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from Brunel University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Head of Project Management
Michael is responsible for the delivery of Lanware client projects as well as the Project Management Office. He has over 20 years’ experience in project management and consultancy, working specifically in IT Managed Services over the last 15 years.
The IT industry has provided the platform for all his working career, starting as a programmer in a ship building company before moving to a financial services company and the move into project management.
Michael then worked for Atos as a senior project manager delivering finance and manufacturing solutions across Europe and APAC, before taking a lead role in managing the project teams.
The move to IT Managed Services was a key opportunity to lead a Project Management and PMO teams delivering client projects across the UK and Europe, expanding his experience both in client sectors and service management.
His industry and managerial experience now being applied to delivering excellence in projects for Lanware, ensure projects retain the high standards of governance and delivery across all Lanware projects.
Head of Service & Operations
As Head of Service & Operations Dawn is responsible for all aspects of Service Delivery within Lanware. Her IT experience spans Data Centre Operations, Service Management and projects.
Dawn works closely with all the teams in Lanware to ensure their services both meet and exceed their customers expectations. She is experienced in delivering IT services both from within an Internal IT Team as well as via a number of Managed Service Providers. Once out of the office her passion for both gardening and cooking can be most productive!
Service Operations Manager
As Service Operations Manager of Lanware, Ian brings over 20 years’ worth of experience within IT Service Management.
Ian has a wealth of experience delivering numerous IT Services across different industries including, Finance, Defence, Central Government departments and Telecommunications.
He has worked both within internal IT departments delivering services to multiple teams as well as having extensive experience delivering IT Services as part of an Outsourced Managed Service Provision.
Ian’s role within Lanware is primarily managing the BAU (business as usual) teams providing services to all Lanware’s clients. This includes Service Desk and Infrastructure & Operations ensuring that all services are delivered to and exceed contracted agreements whilst identifying opportunities for Continuous Service Improvements.
Since moving to London Ian enjoys visiting historical sites of interest and sharing these experiences with his family.
