Bull vs Bear Big Quiz Night: Where brains meet bravado
Held on 18th September 2025 at Balls Brothers Minster Court, London, the Bull vs Bear Big Quiz Night returned as the ultimate trivia showdown for the financial services community. With over 100 participants split into teams of up to five rallying under the banners of Bulls and Bears, the evening was packed with laughter, friendly rivalry, and surprising facts, raising a magnificent £10,000 all in support for Help For Children (UK).
This annual, fun, and competitive quiz tested knowledge across a wide range of topics, while guests enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks to keep the grey matter alert, alongside plenty of networking opportunities as industry peers mingled throughout.
Congratulations go to our winning team, The Bull & Blair Witch Project, and to Bryn Morgan - our sequined Welsh Quiz Wizard—who dazzled in both style and trivia. Special thanks also go to David Mansfield, the creator of Bull vs Bear, and to our scorers Anita Scroccaro and Siobhan Evans, who kept it analogue to avoid any “geopolitical interference.”

MSP Golf Cup: Driving impact, one swing at a time
On 10th September 2025, five leading IT Managed Service Providers—Lanware’s trusted “frenemies”—gathered at The London Golf Club for a day of friendly competition and fundraising. Hosted by defending champions Abacus, The MSP Golf Cup raised over £5,000 for Help For Children (UK), continuing its tradition of blending sport with social good.
The event combined competitive yet collegial play with scenic courses and relaxed networking, all while raising funds through prizes and fundraising initiatives. It was not only an opportunity to give back but also a celebration of the financial services “super niche,” bringing the community together in a unique and enjoyable way.
