Background

The pandemic meant UK financial firms needed to re-evaluate how they delivered IT services to their end users, including the shift to remote working, the adoption of more flexible public cloud services and outsourced operating models such as using specialist managed service providers to complement internal teams. In response to this combined with its future growth aspirations, Downing LLP required a specialist managed service provider to manage its infrastructure in order to securely grow its business.

Solution
